Tiger Woods: The greatest is lucky to be alive

Updated: Mar 11, 2021

Tiger Eldricks Wood is a professional golfer and entrepreneur who was born on December 30, 1975. Tiger has separated himself from others because his accomplishments are outstanding. According to TigerWoods.com, he has won 106 worldwide games and 15 majors. Apart from that he also has 82 PGA tour wins in which he is tied with Sam Snead holding the record. In contrast with many athletes who dedicate all their time to the sport, Tiger is also a businessman. He is CEO of TGR, a multi-brand enterprise which designs golf courses, and also owns a restaurant called “The Woods Jupiters”.

On February 4 Tiger Woods was going to his daily practice at 7 a.m. He was starting a great day that even included playing golf with former NBA champion Dwyane Wade. But that day, Tiger got into a serious car accident that could have changed his life forever. It turns out he was seriously hurt and suffered a shattered ankle and two leg fractures. He also needed back surgery.

Tiger just recently notified the public about his injuries. He recently had surgery on his leg and ankle and is currently recovering from it. Tiger is still in lots of pain and it all depends on his recovery to see if he will be able to continue his career.

It’s great news that Tiger didn’t get a life-ending injury, but his career is still at risk. Tiger is one of, if not the best, golfers of all time, and it would be sad if he would have to retire due to these injuries. We hope Tiger has a speedy recovery since he has a whole career in front of him to define himself as the greatest golfer of all time.
